First step is the scariest step. To make myself as comfortable as possible I chose to attack the exhaust first. The most obvious part missing on an EV is the exhaust pipe anyway. Removal of the exhaust allows better access to the drive shaft,transmission and motor.
Things that needed to be removed / unplugged.
4 bolts exhaust flange, lambda sensor connector, various bolts supporting the center and cut the rubber suspension rubbers for the muffler.
Posted the exhaust on a dutch auction site. In less than 4 hours the exhaust was sold! Maybe I should have asked more..
